Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to India typically takes 7–15 business days, and international orders take 10–20 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend and no hidden charges.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at kinzuvo.com/pages/track-order. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately at support@kinzuvo.com with your order number and the correct address.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may have already been dispatched. Email support@kinzuvo.com as soon as possible.

Do you ship to all cities in India?
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and most pin codes across India.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I return an item?
Email us at support@kinzuvo.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process within 2 business days.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Email us at support@kinzuvo.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Is it safe to enter my payment details on your site?
Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your card details — all payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.

Will I be charged any customs or import duties?
For orders within India, all applicable taxes are included in the price — no surprise charges. For international orders, customs duties may apply depending on your country and are the buyer's responsibility.

Are your products genuine and good quality?
Yes. Every product on Kinzuvo is carefully selected from verified suppliers for quality, durability, and value. We only list products we'd be happy to use ourselves.

Do product colours look exactly as shown?
We make every effort to display accurate colours, but slight variations may occur due to your device's screen settings.

A product I want is out of stock. Will it come back?
Most popular products are restocked regularly. Email us at support@kinzuvo.com and we'll let you know when it's available again.
