Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free shipping on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order at kinzuvo.com/pages/track-order. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders within India, all applicable taxes are included in the product price — no surprise charges at delivery.
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Kinzuvo is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or any additional fees levied at the time of delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your address, email us at support@kinzuvo.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@kinzuvo.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
