Our 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging where possible
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Intimate or hygiene products (underwear, swimwear, earrings) for health/hygiene reasons
  • Digital products or downloadable software
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@kinzuvo.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (photos required for damaged or defective items)
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status

Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost — no need to return the item in most cases.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@kinzuvo.com. After 12 hours, the order may have already been dispatched and the standard return process applies.
